The company Fabryka Maszyn Leżajsk, wanting to expand into new markets, which are characterized by increasing requirements for the amount of concrete transported at one time and the time for its delivery, has made a design of a concrete mixer with an increased capacity of 13 m3 mounted on a semi-trailer adapted for transport by a truck tractor.
Concrete mixers produced so far have been mounted on truck chassis as an integral part of the vehicle. However, this solution allows for the transportation of a much smaller amount of concrete at a time due to the current regulations regarding the total weight of the vehicle and axle loads. The design of the 3-axle semi-trailer attached to the truck tractor allows to clearly increase the amount of concrete transported at one time.
